WhatsApp stickers on Android.
Start with one transparent PNG. These illustrated steps explain the real process, not a one-tap keyboard promise.

Step 01
Download one PNG
Tap Download PNG on an emoji page. Find it in Files or Downloads. If it does not appear in your gallery, move or copy it into Pictures using your phone’s file manager.
Step 02
Choose Create
Open a WhatsApp chat, open the sticker tray and choose Create. Pick the downloaded image from your gallery. The current Android app includes a sticker creator; update it if the option is absent.
Step 03
Keep your favourite
Review the preview before sending. Tap or hold the sticker afterwards to add it to a pack or favourites, depending on your app version.
Before you start
Download the original PNG, not a screenshot. Save it to Photos or your gallery where an app needs photo-library access. Never grant full keyboard access or install an unfamiliar app merely to send an image.
